Probably some of the best food to be found anywhere in a Manchester
Hotel Restaurant, with a clientele made up equally from residents
and non-residents. Impressive menu with original and inventive
dishes.

Closed on Sundays. One of Manchester's most expensive and select
restaurants, for big spending gourmets. Luxuriant décor and superb
food. Awarded a Michelin star. Set lunches available. Not recommended
for vegetarians.
