The Automobile Association and the Royal Automobile Club have their own system of STAR classification, which may supplement any of the preceding classifications. One to five stars may be awarded to an establishment - generally they have the same meaning as the English Tourist Board CROWNS.

The Quality "Q" Classification for Caravan Parks

Many holiday caravan, chalet or camping sites are often classified by the so-called "Quality-Q". The symbol may have from 1 to 5 ticks on the crossbar. The more ticks - the higher the standard of facilities on offer.
