The Astoria Playa has an official Rating of 3 stars and offers Half Board holiday hotel accommodation. This hotel which was renovated in 1999 and received the quality certificate ICHE in the year 2000. It is located in the heart of the commercial part of Puerto de Alcudia, 100 metres from the beach, 15 km from the sporting marina and 3 km from the historical centre of Alcudia. The hotel is located by the beatiful Bay of Alcudia, very well known in having one of the nicest, longest and spacious beaches of Majorca.

Accommodation

The hotel offers 162 double and 24 single rooms, all equipped with complete bathrooms, exterior terraces with views (either looking into the garden or swimming pool), telephone, safe, air conditioning.

Food & Beverage

The modern and elegantly decorated restaurant has air conditioning and a capacity of 300 people. There is a buffet service for breakfast and dinner with a large variety of national and international cuisine, with weekly thematic Gala dinners, for example Majorcan dishes elaborated only with products from the island, as also a wide selection of deserts of the house. Nice and peaceful, the rustic snack bar that is located in the garden area of the hotel where one can taste specialities, exotic cocktails and sangria with champagne as also different regional and national dishes, with very affordable prices exclusively for our guests. Open from 11.30 am. to 24.00 pm. The hotel also offers a spacious, comfortable and elegant lounge area with a pleasant ambience, small reading lounge, satellite television with various channels (Spanish, English, German, Italian) as also a wide variety of international Cocktails cards.

There is a terrace with a capacity of 300 people, where one can enjoy daily musical performances and live shows as also animation for adults and children. There is a nice spacious and comfortable swimming pool for adults and a separate pool for children. Bathing hours are between 09.00 am and 08.00 pm. On a daily basis there are sports activities with an animation program for adults (Basketball, small field Football, Boccia, Volleyball, Darts, etc) and a different program for children. The hotel has a children's playground, tennis court, Mini Golf and Billards.
