Emma Knowles
(Anderton), or Emma ‘And’ertoonz’ is a friendly
freelance cartoon illustrator born and bred in North West England.
Emma graduated from The University of Bolton with a 1st class
degree in Graphic Design, but has specialised in providing custom
cartoon illustration for the past 4 years.
Emma’s
bold and appealing style is perfect for capturing the attention
of children and adults alike.
She can provide anything from simple sketches and design mock-ups,
to traditional 2D animation, educational cartoons, character
design, business mascots, children's books, greeting cards,
logo designs, customised wedding stationery, cariacatures and
even wall murals! Phew!
All work
is handled personally by Emma, which always guarantees a high
level of commitment and 100% attention to her client’s
needs.
The majority
of her portfolio was created by tracing sketches into Adobe
Illustrator in order to achieve the solid, smooth (vector) outlines
you see.
She is also
experienced in the creative application of Adobe Photoshop,
ImageReady/Fireworks and InDesign whilst also familiar with
Acrobat, Premiere and many more.
